Special items that are magical or quest related will still be detailed. Later in the game when the opponents are encountered constantly, I will switch to just saying "General Treasure", or "Standard Treasure" so that I don't bog down your reading.
Loot that is lying around seems to be consistent and should match what I've written here. For instance, a character might have a scroll of Owl's Wisdom one time, then Bull's Strength the next. They do indicate what type of treasure to expect though. General: The enemy NPCs and creatures seem to have random treasure so lists of what they have will not necessarily be accurate or complete.
